Nutrients 4 Me.com, for many generations people have known the great nutritional value and health benifits of pine nuts, as practiced by many in the health world community. I have done nutritional analysis on this product before, which I will post on this site soon. Other than having great nutritional value for humans and animals (as they eat them from the ground in the forest) and the health benifits they bring to many people throughout the world, it also has a great significance in cermonial traditional activities and practices throughtout the American Native Cultures. I am pleased to say that throughout the years, I have donated hundreds of pounds of pine nuts to Native tribes for there personal use and ceremonial uses. Native people highly treasure this traditional food source known as Nevada Jumbo Soft Shell Pine Nuts and/or New Mexico Hard Shell Pinon (America SouthWest Hard Shell Pinon).

Russians make a cosmetic care commodity out of these pine nuts. Italian cuisines, world reknown for its great flavor, make many recipes of different kinds that include pine nut, from desserts, to pasta; specifically due to there health benifits (but not exclude the great flavor it adds). Middle Eastern countries that can afford them and find them will add them to almost every dish that they can prepare. Asians have been using pine nut oil as an appetite suppressant for many years. Chinese love them raw and fresh, most especially raw for there nutritional content. Many Western Americans prefer them over the common snack as a nutritional and delicious treat. In the country of Mexico, everyone that samples them loves them, unfortunately, many cannot afford them due to there high price.

We will continue to gather much information, data, photos and graphs to place on this site. Anything that you would want to share with us on this site, please feel free to email us with it to be placed here.
